FAQ
What are your shipping rates and policies?
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders with most in-stock items shipping within one to two business days of order placement. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The service days below for Regular, Express and Overnight shipping refer to the delivery time and are in addition to the time it takes to prepare your order.
Standard: 5-7 business days
Express: 2-3 business days
Overnight*: 1-2 business days
*For Overnight delivery, orders must be places by 10 a.m. EST, but still will need 1-2 days to process before shipping out.
Shipping rates and times after the order has been prepared:
Most in-stock items will ship within 48 hours of order placement. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock and may take 30-35 days to process. If your order has not shipped within 30 days we will notify you via email.

For orders shipped to multiple addresses, there is a $4-per-address charge, in addition to the total order charge calculated from the chart above. These charges are calculated automatically when you place an order online.
Post Office boxes:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO boxes. You must use a physical address to receive your order.
International Shipping:
Currently we do not offer shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the United States.
How do I use my coupons?
To use your coupons please enter it during the checkout process. When choosing a payment option there will be a white box that says "Apply Promo Code". Please enter your code into this box to receive your promotion. The coupons are valid for a one time use and must be used in full at the time of use.
Will you be carrying larger sizes again?
Yes, we will have women's size XXL and April Too sizes available on select items for the fall of '07
Do you take phone orders?
Yes. Please call us at (888)33-APRIL and choose option #2.
How do I exchange an item?
We are not able to accept exchanges at this time. Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the item you would like.
What is your return policy?
If the need arises for you to return one of April's creations, we try to make it as easy as possible. Follow the guidelines below and we will happily process your return.
Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days from date of shipment. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or store credit. Sale items can ONLY be returned for online store credit. All items returned after 14 days will receive an online store credit only. Items may not be returned after 60 days.
Return Procedures:
1. Detach and keep the top customer portion of the Order Summary (included in your package) for your records.
2. Fill out the Return Items section located on the lower half of the Order Summary. If you are a registered customer, your Order Number and information may be accessed by going to ‘My Account’. If you do not have access to a computer, include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.
3. Please choose a Reason Code Number that corresponds with the reason for your return and then write it in the column next to the item you are sending back on the Return Summary form. Pack your return with the completed form and send it to:

You can expect your refund two to three weeks after the warehouse receives and processes the returned merchandise.
May I return an item I bought on the web to the store?
The retail stores are unable to accept returns from the online store.
May I return an item purchased at a retail store to the online store?
At this time the online store is unable to accept any returns from retail store purchases.
Do you honor gift certificates?
We are happy to honor gift certificates from our retail stores issued prior to September 2006. Any gift certificate received after that will need to be redeemed from the store that issued it. In order for us to process your gift certificate, please make a copy of it for your records and then send it to us at the below address:

Within three to four weeks you will receive a coupon code via email that you can use online to redeem your certificate.

We do not have catalogs, but if you would like to hear about upcoming sales and events you are invited to join our mailing list. To join our mailing list scroll to the bottom of any page and type your email address in the box next to "Join our Mailing List" then click "Join".
