WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
We know you want the latest styles & pre ordering gives you the option to purchase upcoming styles not yet available to ship, securing your order before a style sells out. Pre orders are paid for when the order is placed &  your order will ship once the product becomes available.

  • Pre ordered items are noted with an Anticipated Availability Date of when the item is expected to be available for filling your order and will be shipped within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of that date.
  • The Anticipated Availability Date is not guaranteed & may be subject to change.
  • For orders placed with both pre order items and currently available items, the available items will ship immediately at no additional cost to you.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY ONLINE CREDIT OR GIFT CARD ONLINE?
April Cornell Gift e-Cards &  Online Credits are an alpha-numeric code (we use lowercase letters). To use the code, just shop on our website as usual. When it's time to finish your order on the Checkout page, select Gift Certificate under method of payment &  enter your code. That's it! Gift e-Cards and Online Credits can only be used online, not at stores.

 

CAN I CHANGE, CANCEL, OR ADD TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes to or cancel orders once placed.

 

CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Existing orders already placed are not eligible for current sale or promotional discounting. Valid dates are on the sale terms for every sale or promotion. We have many sales & promotions throughout each season that we hope you're able to take advantage of!

 

MY CREDIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED AND I HAVE A NEW NUMBER, WILL THIS AFFECT MY RETURN REFUND?
If your card was cancelled but your account was not closed, please do not worry - we can issue a refund to your cancelled card and the refund will appear on the account associated with your new card.

 

HOW DO YOUR CLOTHES FIT?
Unless otherwise noted, our sizing is designed with a slightly generous fit - nice & comfy! Please reference our sizing chart to find your best AC size.

 

HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?
Enter your promo code on the Shopping Cart page of your order and click Apply to activate it - easy peasy!
You may apply just one valid promo code to an order, they may not be combined.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Orders of $400 or more will automatically ship free when the Lowest Cost SurePost® method is selected at Checkout. The free shipping will be reflected on the final checkout review page of your order.

 

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN ONLINE CREDIT FOR MY CURRENT SEASON RETURN?
If we're unable to issue a refund to your original form of payment due for any reason, we will issue an online credit for your returned items.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK? WHERE CAN I FIND OUT OF STOCK STYLES?
We're a boutique brand & produce all styles in limited quantities. Some current season styles are reordered again in the season, but not all - please be encouraged to check the item page for updated quantities! If you don't see what you're looking for online, you may also contact our retail stores, as their inventory may vary from what appears online.
