We're doing our best to hand off orders to our shipping providers as quickly & safely as possible. While most orders will be unaffected, due to nationwide online shopping volume, please expect possible carrier delays. Thank you for your patience & understanding!
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
In order to guarantee the safety of our customers & staff, we have implemented new guidelines in our fulfillment centers. Please allow for additional processing time.
- We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once orders are submitted.
- Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- Most of our shipments are from our Burlington, Vermont warehouse. Some of our orders ship from multiple locations and will arrive in separate shipments.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship most orders the Least Cost method via SurePost®, an economy ground shipping service offered through United Parcel Service and the US Postal Service. It combines the speed and reliability of UPS with convenient final delivery by the USPS.
- To receive your package via SurePost®, you must provide your physical address, not just a PO Box.
IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes! We can ship via two business days or next business day. Expedited orders must be placed and confirmed by 2pm EST.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada from our Canadian website. For international destinations, please call 1.888.332.7745 or email customerservice@aprilcornell.com for a quote.
