Beautiful Embroidery BUT…
I have been addicted to April Cornell linens for decades, and I’ve bought everything from pretty napkins to king size quilts, so I didn’t hesitate to order 2 of these runners when I saw them! But I just received them & am shocked! While the embroidered borders are beautiful, the material is very thin and extremely stiff, feels more like heavily starched tissue paper than fabric, and even though the runner is lined with the same material, you can see right through it! As much as I hate to leave negative reviews especially on my favorite web site, I really feel like potential buyers should know what to expect if they order one of these runners!
