Love this print and lightweight cotton of this porch dress! It reminds me of a 50's house dress, and I've received compliments when I wear it. The pockets in the front of the dress are nice because they don't add "bulkiness" to the hip area like the side-seam pockets, but they're SO big that they hang away from the dress and are distracting, so I'm going to take this to my tailor and have her remove some of the excess material and create a pleat at the top of the pocket so they aren't so awkward.

Cute day dress
Very pretty fabric, light weight but opaque. The print is very pretty, too. The fit was nice, however the darts were too high for my older bustline. I simply resewed the darts to be a bit lower and that helped. It feels nice to wear and makes me want to wear dresses more often.

The pockets are too much - they don't stay down on fabric. Would have preferred standard in seam pockets.
