A little smaller through the shoulders for an XXS
I always buy and XXS because I usually don't have to shorten them. This gown is a little tighter through the shoulders on me than I would like. I do like the minimal use of lace, which can be scratchy to my sensitive skin. The same goes for the cuffs-there is no elastic, which can also drive me crazy. It is pretty with the embroidery, but it does not have a lot of style, compared to other gowns I buy.

These are the best!
I love this nightgown. Open sleeves so nothing binds when I roll over in my sleep. Smooth woven batiste is perfect because I feel alternately too hot and too cold during the night. Pockets are a nice bonus.
