Nice dress
This is a beautiful dress, but it is nothing like a coat. I was expecting a coat, possibly one that I could use as a bathrobe. It is lightweight. Not heavy eough for even a spring coat. Might be enough to deter heavy air conditioning in a hot climate. I will be wearing it as a dress with a slip underneath. The fabric looks very pretty, although feels a bit stiff/scratchy next to skin.

Works well over jacquard Court Dress and dark green dress as well as black shirt and slacks. Very biseasonal.
