Generate A UPS Return Label
We want you to be delighted with your April Cornell purchase, but we understand when it doesn't work out.
Here are the steps to an easy return using our Pre Paid UPS Return Label Form:
- Fill out the pre-paid UPS Return Label Form below in full, it will be emailed to you
- Print the emailed pre-paid UPS Return Label
- Securely repackage the item(s) you wish to return - remember to include the completed return form with your Order Number (you can get this from Customer Service if you don't know it)
- Affix the return shipping label to your sealed return package (Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package)
- Drop the package off at any UPS location
- A flat fee of $12.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund (Current Season items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment; April's Attic/Past Season items are eligible for Online Credit ONLY)
- UPS pickup is not included in the flat fee
- Returns are processed 2-3 weeks from receipt of merchandise
