Audrey Shirtdress

This understated ecru and black shirtdress flatters any figure, with or without the sash, — why, it’s slimming. I received a compliment when I wore it today: “How elegant you look!” Accessorize to dress it up or down. The fabric requires a slip. The ample pockets hold a large cellphone, a feature of April Cornell dresses. Although the skirt is full, I never felt there was too much fabric as I entered and exited my car. All told, this lightweight dress is perfect for hot summer days. Thank you, April Cornell!

I was unsure about this dress because I generally wear the tie in the back dresses but this dress is lovely. I bought because of the material, which is quite good. I don’t mind the tie belt at all and the dress looks very flattering on.

I was really impressed at how flattering this dress is as a plus size! Beautiful lines and shaping, and the dot pattern makes it fun. It is more of a yellow white than a true cool white. And it is sheer all through; it will need a slip (or wear it as a long vest/duster, which is one of the things I plan to do). A solid purchase, just would have liked more accurate photographs for color & sheerness.

My favorite dress of the 4 I ordered. Very flattering. I'll be wearing it to dinners on an upcoming cruise. It does need a slip underneath.

Love the print and the cut but have to give it one star. The fabric is see through. Wish I had noticed this right away so I could have returned it.
