Exactly what I was looking for!
The description doesn't state it clearly: This is a woven rayon fabric, not knit, which is what I wanted. It's lightweight and cool, which will make it ideal as a second layer in hot summer weather. The dots are not polka dots but irregularly-shaped, which gives this a more casual, organic feel. The drape is beautiful and the length is great even for me as a short person. Really pleased with this purchase.
