Soft Sophisticate
This coat is beautiful and sophisticated. It has a commanding presence....which I like. I can wear it for business or I can wear it to the grocery store. It's a perfect weight for winter in the Southern regions. It's not a heavy coat, so you can wear it indoors on chilly days and not overheat. I will say the buttons are not my favorite; there are quite a few of them so it's not a quick "throw on" coat unless you leave most of them buttoned and step in and step out, or leave them mostly unbuttoned. The corduroy is so velvety soft it's luxurious. I really like how comfortable this coat is; I can move about and it with ease. So happy to have this beauty to wear this winter.

I have one of April’s corduroy jackets. It is one of the most versatile pieces you can own. Not only is it a jacket, but, it can double as a dress as well. I wear my olive colored one from a few years ago as a dress with a scarf on the frosty New England fall and winter days. Pair with a scarf and boots and voila…perfect.
