Gorgeous
I am just in love with this dress. So flattering on me (apple shape), beautiful fabric and color. Love the built in layer so I don't have to wear a slip! I'm busty so I did need a little layer to cover some cleavage, but not a big deal. I'm between L and XL in April sizing and for this I chose the XL. It was a good choice, I didn't want the smocking to be too tight.

Beautiful long dress
It's a beautiful long cotton dress. To me, it's a little tight on the chest. It hits ankles. It has a full skirt. I keep both small and medium, and gave the small to a relative.
