Too Much Material
Very pretty print. Nice colors for winter but I ordered a larger size per some of the reviews due to the small bodice. However, the excess material was overwhelming. The material is heavier to begin with, but ended up being too much with a larger size. Maybe if it was shorter in length it still would've worked, but the way it was I had to send it back.

I ordered an XXS because I am 5'2" and 110, but "YIKES" I barely can get it over my naturally narrow shoulders! I certainly do not fix my hair before I pull it on over my head! I kept it because I love the fabric, it's warm, and April's things are always well made. I did remove the ties, the denim is too bulky for ties and they're superfluous. I take a deep breath and say to myself"Here goes!" before I put it on and keep it on all day! I wear a brooch at the bottom of the V in front, pretty.

dress review
this is a very pretty dress. It is a nice weight for fall and winter. It does run small in the bust area. I am returning mine to size up. I am normally a medium and will order a large.
