The empire waist of this style comes in closer to the body, making it very flattering on. I took my usual size small in this and it does fit a proportionately fuller bust. It is maxi length on me as I am petite. PLEASE make this style dress in a shorter length! In the 38 to 44 inch range it would be darling and more flattering to petites. The red is a very beautiful shade that will be perfect for fall and winter.
