I like this blouse
I found this blouse quite draped and flowing. I liked the tie to pull it in and give it shape. It would be much too big and shapeless without the tie. I think it hangs well, and looks finer and more delicate than the picture displays. It is light weight and sophisticated. The long sleeves are a nice change from 3/4 sleeves. I think the blouse is unusual and fun to wear.

Needs More Merry
This blouse needs better draping to be more than average. The bust tie does not flatter and gets in the way of being a nice tunic. It needs more drape and length and lower bust line with more buttons up the front. I like the casual blue color and will probably wear it around the house with leggings.
