Did you know? Modal is a fabric with flattering drape and superb color saturation; it is derived from birch trees, harvested from a sustainable forest! It is created through a spinning process, much like rayon. Modal needs a fraction of the water of other fabrics in its processing - making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric.
The addition of the modal/bamboo fiber to the cotton and the good weave of the fabric give this a lovely quality feel. It looks a little angelic with the way it’s cut generously in the sleeves. Even my husband complimented me on how nice it looks. Very comfortable. I guess I have long arms for a 5’3” person because on me it is forearm length, not wrist length like the model. I have unbuttoned the wrist cuff so that I can raise my arms, and later I will add insertion lace so that the sleeves can be buttoned at wrist length. I also plan to baste down the front v-shape lace decoration so I don’t have to iron it each time. As always, I appreciate it has pockets. I definitely recommend this nightgown.

Beautiful details. Love the feel of the fabric. I can sew clothing, but could not make a nightgown this lovely.
