Parakeet Dress - Ecru

The bird pattern is even more fun in person than in the photo. Unfortunately, the material is see-through. I have to wear a cami and slip with this, the cloth is so thin. I would happily pay more for more substantial material or sewn-in lining.

I do wish it were a bit longer, but it hits right at or above the knee. But it will be great for the summer because of the length and how lightweight it is. I have an ecru skirt extender / slip from "Beautelicate" from Amazon that looks great under it. You may want a slip as it's thin. The V neck is not deep, which I love. And the buttons are actually snaps that function very well and really hold the dress closed well. I also purchased the ecru tutu leggings and the whit embroidered leggings from AC and I think the white match matter. But the dress is right in between the two colors, to be honest

This dress is adorable and when I wore it, everyone loved it and wanted to know where I got it. However, the fabric is very thin and see through, you will have to wear a slip under it. I purchased this dress on sale, but I probably would not have kept it had I paid full price, I expected the quality to be a little better.

The picture does not do justice to this lovely dress. It is perfect for Florida's humid summers. It is so soft and comfortable and love the pockets. Had three strangers comment how nice it was. Keep up the good work. Love the length (please make more dresses this length, I'm only 4'11" and it's the perfect length. Thanks for making my summer!!!! Christine

I love birds, and couldn't resist this adorable print. The warmer but still light ecru background is flattering to a warm skin tone, and the teal is beautiful. The cut is both comfortable and figure-flattering. Where else but April Cornell can you find such wonder in a dress? Would love to see an AC full slip that's above-knee in a lightweight cotton <3 Very happy with this dress!
