I love vests and this one doesn't disappoint. It's soft and pretty with the shown Tutu Tee Shirt and Coffee House Skirt. You can pair this vest with other skirts and pants easily. The little front pockets are a nice touch and the lace trim adds to it's feminine style. Love this.
