My Favorite
I love this dress so much I bought a second when it when on sale. I wore this all around Southern California on a recent trip and it looked good in any setting. I adore the flutter sleeves because they are basically a sleeveless look but hide my older upper arms. I love the material and the Victorian look. So, yes, I love this dress.

Material is rough and itchy
I wanted to love this dress because it is the same style as the Cecilia dress which I do love. But the weave on this dress is not so good and it itches. I had to send it back.
