From the fully smocked bodice to the intriguingly inky hue of indigo, the Iris Indigo is a dress to remember indeed. Lovely shaping in the bodice with pockets and a twirlable flounce!
100% Rayon
Printed rayon cupro satin
Side seam pockets
Fully smocked bodice
Keyhole button closure at nape of neck
Flounce at hem accented with tonal lace trim
Short, flutter sleeves with lace trim
Pheobe is 5'9" and wearing a size small dress measuring 50"
Naturally dyed using indigo, pomegranate, limestone, and tropical almonds
Variegated and uneven colors are an intentional property of the printing process and part of its beauty. Colors will mellow and fade over the years after repeated washings.
Textile Tip: Wash accessory before using to avoid colors bleeding. Transfer of color may occur.
Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Hang to dry.
The dress is a little bit darker than it looks, it's true. But it hangs incredibly well with a nice cut (at least for me, I'm quite curvy) and the satin feels amazing. Used it to dress for a photoshoot and I felt comfortable and beautiful!

Colors are not as vibrant as the photo. They are much darker.
Fits well when I tried it on but have not worn it for any length of time. Looking forward to wearing it.

Too busy. Adds weight.

Size down. Ties at the hips add weight. I wear small and mediums. This was busy and unattractive on.
