Pride & Prejudice Dress - Amethyst

I enjoy these old world dresses they are a wonderful break from this busy, crazy world . I wear them on the days I need to slow down and intentionally listen for quiet, nature , and the slowness of a well spent afternoon in the garden .

I can hardly believe this stunning dress didn't sell out immediately! It's the most beautiful dress of the season! In a light bright shade of Lilac, the photos do not do it justice. It's layered nicely so I don't need a slip with it. It fits beautifully and drapes well, but if you're busty you'll probably need a larger size. I love that it's dressy and still so feminine. The embroidery is the prettiest I've ever seen. I do save this one for nice events. It's that beautiful.

This beautiful light orchid dress just arrived and it is lovely! It comes with it's own slip and the embroidered flowers are the perfect accent. It has a very flattering fit even on this little squatty body middle age has foist upon me. I can only imagine how gorgeous it will be on a young person. It tells me I do need to visit the gym before spring officially arrives. I have been stress eating lately so it's no surprise. I've become a big fan of April Cornell in the last year since finding the website. Wearing ugly slouchy clothes working on the house gets tiresome. AC has refreshed my wardrobe wonderfully!
