April Cornell Online Return Policy
Not delighted with your purchase? No worries! Returns may be made on merchandise that is unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of receipt with packing list or copy of order confirmation. Current Season merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment used. Attic items may be returned for online store credit only. Footwear must be returned with the original box, shipped in a separate box. No returns will be accepted for Final Sale items. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed after received.
- If merchandise is damaged or has a perceived quality issue, call or email us pictures of the issue to be reviewed at customerservice@aprilcornell.com before sending your return
- Ship your return using the carrier of your choice - we encourage using a traceable and insurable shipping method
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- We do not refund for returned items not received
Returning a Gift? (awe, someone was thinking of you!)
Indicate on the return form that you received the item as a gift and include the name of the original purchaser and your email. Gift returns are eligible for online credit only. Credit will be emailed.April Cornell Returns

Need to Make an Exchange?
Exchanges may be made by calling Customer Care at 1.888.332.7745 within 30 days of receiving your order. You pay for your new item(s) and we’ll ship your exchange order for free via Lowest Cost method only. Your return will be refunded/credited separately after we receive and process the items.
